Our Equilibria Massage event was extremely popular and well-received – and it was very easy working with Emma to make it happen.

Whether you are arranging a one-off or developing a whole new approach to employee wellbeing, I would recommend a conversation with Emma.”

Workplace massage for employees

It is easy to prioritise the responsibilities of work and modern life over ourselves in a never-ending to-do list. Increasing pressures can cause stress to escalate quickly. When this stress is prolonged it can have a massive impact on our mental and physical health.

Putting ourselves first needs to be a priority.

When we listen to our body and look after ourselves, we become more resilient.  In other words, we are more able to deal with life’s challenges.

Even short massage treatments help to release tension and improve circulation, and can help you regain inner balance whilst alleviating some of the symptoms of stress.

Onsite chair massage is a convenient solution, bringing massage therapy to you at work without any fuss.  It is performed over your clothes whilst you are seated in a specially designed chair.

For people who don’t have a lot of time, effective treatments can take as little as 15 minutes. Your massage will include neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands, using acupressure and a range of traditional massage techniques. In the space of a coffee break, you can feel more centred, focused and energized.

Regular treatments can help to undo the tension and knots that accumulate over time, especially in the neck and shoulders. Longer treatments (20 or 30 minutes) can also include your head and face or focus on specific areas of tension.

All appointments open with a brief consultation

New clients are required to complete a health questionnaire.  This will be emailed to you prior to your first appointment. Please bring a completed copy with you to your appointment.

Your health questionnaire will help determine whether it is safe to proceed with your massage and help focus the treatment on your needs.

To review the health questionnaire, please click on this link: Equilibria Massage Client Consultation Form.  If you would answer ‘yes’ to any of the conditions listed on the first page, or have a health issue not listed, please contact me to discuss your massage options prior to your appointment in order to maximise your treatment time on the day.
