Banking has been moved to an ethical and sustainable bank in line with company policy. All aspects of the business are subject to ongoing review and continuous improvement regarding environmental impact.
COVID-19 policy
- To minimise the risk of COVID-19 I will be continuing my high standards of hygienic practice and adding additional precautions in line with WHO, Government and FHT recommendations.
- All equipment will be cleaned at the start and end of each treatment using a sanitiser. Fresh linen will be used for each client.
- My hands will be cleaned between every client, using hand sanitiser where hand washing is not possible.
- Clients will be asked to clean their hands before and after treatment.
- Pens and phone screens will be wiped down after use.
- I will be monitoring my health, including checking my temperature every day, and ensuring that I, and everyone I come into close contact with, have no symptoms of COVID-19.
- There will be a 5-minute gap between every workplace massage appointment to allow time to clean between every client.
- I will ensure that there is enough time between mobile appointments to mean that all equipment and linens can be cleaned thoroughly.
- In the event that I display any symptoms of COVID-19, or that any person I have come into close contact with in the last 48 hours does, I will reschedule all appointments to follow a negative test result or completion of the self-isolation period.
- If a client has to cancel due to displaying COVID-19 symptoms, their appointment can be rescheduled to follow their completion of the self-isolation period and confirmation by their doctor that they can receive massage, without a cancellation fee.
- I will wear a face mask to all appointments with high-risk clients. Clients will not be required to wear a mask during treatment but may choose to wear one.
